Our pumpkins are spray free, sun ripened and the seeds are harvested in the field.

The seed processing and packaging is also done on farm delivering authentic quality control from paddock to customer. The pumpkin seeds are processed as little as possible so that the seeds retain their natural goodness and nutritional value.

A handful or two of raw or toasted pumpkin seeds mixed into store bought or homemade muesli adds delicious texture and lots of nutritional benefits.
Or dry roast some pumpkin and sunflower seeds in a pan, when they’re browning nicely, toss in a tablespoon or 2 of soy sauce and allow it to cook off. When all the liquid has evaporated put the seeds on a plate to cool – place in a bowl as a simple and very morish nibble to go with drinks, or toss through a salad . . .
